Those three are what I strive to capture in each wedding I photograph. As a bride or groom, you put your hearts into this day. You deserve to relax and enjoy each aspect of it.

A huge part of that is knowing you can trust me as your photographer. I do a lot of the work as far in advance as I can, so you don't have reason to worry. I will make sure I have the list of "must-have" shots, and my timeline ready to go.

Through your wedding planning process, you will hear countless times about the 'investment' of photography. It's become a bit of a cliché in the industry, but honestly it's a fantastic way to think of wedding photography.

If you find a photographer that has a style that you love (both in posing and editing), has your date available, and is communicative and helpful then it is worth investing in that person to get the wedding photos that you want.

When I got engaged, I had a list of incredible photographers that I really admired. However, we were trying to save money and I made the mistake of spending less and settling for a decent photographer for my wedding. If I were to do it again, I would 1000% pay the extra $1000 to get the photographer I loved. This is not a place to skimp, trust me.

I work with each of my couples to customize a perfect package. Need more coverage? Not a problem. Need a second shooter? I got you covered. Want to do a trash the dress session? Oh, let's do it!

I used to have set packages and have since done away with them because guess what? No one fits into a set package! Instead, I customize each package to the couple so that you can get exactly what you want.

I am a firm believer that you should meet your photographer before they shoot your wedding. I do this in two ways. First, let's schedule a consultation via phone or video chat to get to know one another. Second, after you book, each package includes a complimentary engagement session. This gives you practice for the big day and you get a chance to see how I work! If you want to meet with me in person or more than once in the wedding process, then we can absolutely make that work.

  • So.. how much?
Because I customize my couple's packages, pricing can vary greatly. However, the average range for photography is between $3000-$4000. If you want to add video, the pricing ranges between $5200-$6800. All of this totally depends on what you want--the coverage time, the extras, if you want a second shooter, etc.
  • What is your photography style?
I take a lifestyle approach to photos and incorporate an artistic flair. This means I lean towards a photojournalistic style, but I don't quite fit in that category. I like capturing people in their element. If I pose people, I usually incorporate movement or give you something to do to make the moment more genuine and gain true reactions. Additionally, with my edits I like to keep things natural and relatively true to color.
  • I'm not comfortable in front of the camera. Do you help with posing?
Oh I got you! Because I take a lifestyle approach, I start with basic poses (stand here, hold hands, look this way) and then try to give you something to do to incorporate movement. This helps you not to focus on the camera and just relax. I like to think of my couple sessions as dates and I'm just your fun third wheel documenting the whole thing! This carries into the weddings I shoot. I don't want you worrying about me. Your job is to have the most fun on what will probably be one of the best days of your life. Trust me to be in the background capturing it all.
  • Do you do wedding videos?
I do! Most of the time, I do either photos or videos for weddings. I encourage all my couples to pick a dedicated person for each craft. This allows the photographer to focus solely on photos and the cinematographer on videos, creating incredible end products. However, I understand that budgets don't always allow you to hire two separate people. In this case, I do have a few different ways to add on video to your photo package. I offer highlight reels or a la carte options if you are just wanting a ceremony video or perhaps a video of the speeches. I also offer uncut footage of specific moments. So if you just want a clip of your choreographed first dance, you can do that!
  • How do I reserve my date?
First, we'll schedule a consultation to go over what you are looking for and to see if I'm the right fit for you. If you want to move forward with booking then it's a $750 nonrefundable retainer and signed contract to reserve your date. That's it!
  • What's the booking process like?
I don't book a wedding without talking to you first! I want to make sure we will be a good fit and that I tick all your checkboxes. So, we will schedule a call, Facetime, or in person meeting to go over your vision and questions about the day. We can also determine a payment plan that works best for you during this consultation. To officially book, I require a nonrefundable $750 retainer and a signed contract. After that, we'll schedule a time for your engagement session. We'll have at least one more call before the wedding to make sure everything is in place and all questions have been answered. I am a firm believer in open communication so I will always welcome any questions or extra information you have.
  • Do you have a plan in case COVID affects my wedding?
I sure do. In all of my contracts, I include a COVID clause. Once you book with me, I'm yours. I will work with you if you need to reschedule your wedding, or change the location, or if you want to elope instead! If you do need to cancel your wedding due to COVID and we can't work something else out, then a percentage of monies paid can be refunded except for the booking retainer. That nonrefundable retainer is what holds your date, meaning I turn down all other forms of profit for that date. I know that may seem unfair, but the retainer helps me cover any losses in case I cannot find another session or wedding that wants to book that date.
  • Do you have insurance?
Absolutely. If your venue requires a certificate of insurance, I can get that to them no problem. Just let me know at least a month in advance so my insurance company has the time to process the documents.
  • What's the turnaround time for a wedding gallery?
I love giving a big overview of the day as a sneak peek! Fifty to eighty sneaks are delivered within the first week after your wedding. The final full wedding gallery is delivered within eight weeks of the wedding. Next Day edits are available as an add-on to any package!
  • How do you deliver wedding photos?
All wedding photos are delivered through your own private online gallery. This is password protected, although you are welcome to share it. You can download individual photos from here or the whole gallery at once. You can access this album for one year, after which it will be removed to allow for space for recent weddings and sessions. Because you recieve an online gallery, you obtain all post and print rights. You are welcome to print wherever you like and as many photos as you want. I can recommend print shops for you if you would like! I do offer physical wedding albums that I can design for you at an added cost.
  • Do you travel?
Yes!! I love traveling and the exploration of new places. If you have a destination wedding or an adventurous elopement in mind please reach out! I would love to capture it all.
  • Do you have travel fees?
I am based in Princeton, NJ and the first 50 miles of travel are included in any package. After 50 miles, I charge $0.60/mile for driving. If more than 3 hours of travel is required, I will need to make accommodations as well. Contact me below to get a specific quote for travel!
